B&K HOTEL MANAGEMENT
For the recruiting campaign of the hotel management company Bierwirth & Kluth (B&K), we analyzed the target groups in cooperation with the HR & marketing management. As a result, strategic and creative concepts were developed to reach the target group with the right visual and content implementation and to convince them of the messages. In 2022, the B&K hotel group received the prestigious Special Award for the "Hotelier of the Year 2022" as well as the "Hospitality HR Award" as the employer with the most innovative employee retention and development.
